All assessments and physiotherapy sessions have a scheduled start and finish time.

If you arrive late, your appointment will not be extended or rescheduled to compensate for the time missed.

The appointment will still finish at its originally scheduled time, and any time lost due to late arrival will be forfeited.

The full appointment fee remains payable, regardless of how late you arrive.

This policy applies to all assessments, individual physiotherapy sessions and sessions within therapy blocks.

Standard clinical record-keeping is included in the session fee. Where more detailed clinical documentation is required, an additional 15 minutes of   professional time will be charged for each treatment day and shown separately on the invoice.

Payment for all services is required within 24 hours of confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Appointments are not secured until payment has been received.
