Charges apply for rescheduled appointments, missed appointments, or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice.

If you cancel or reschedule an assessment session or physiotherapy session giving less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the regular fee. Any difficulties related to the journey (traffic jams, weather conditions, etc.) do not exempt from the necessity to pay 50% of the regular fee. Therefore, please plan your trip prudent.

Only medical reasons relating directly to the patient, upon prior agreement, are exempt from the payment.

If you miss a physiotherapy session, you will be charged 100% of the regular fee. All fees are payable before the next appointment.

Charges apply for a rescheduled block of treatment, missed block of treatment, or cancellations with less than 7 days' notice.

If you cancel or reschedule a block of treatment giving less than 7 days' notice, you will be charged 50% of the regular fee.

If you miss a block of treatment, you will be charged 100% of the regular fee. All fees are payable before the next appointment.

Please note that if you are late for your appointment your treatment time will be reduced.

Grant funding

If therapy is funded through an external grant, please note that such grants are non-repayable and usually valid for up to 12 months from the date of approval. Any unused funds after this time may expire. It is the family's responsibility to ensure the grant is used within the given timeframe.
