Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Single Appointments (Assessment or Physiotherapy Sessions)

• Less than 24h notice – 50% of the regular fee will be charged.

• Missed appointment (no-show) – 100% of the regular fee will be charged.

• Important: Journey issues (traffic, weather, etc.) do not exempt you from payment – please plan your trip carefully.

• Medical Emergencies:

  • Only real emergencies directly relating to the patient (e.g. hospital admission by ambulance, ambulance intervention at home) are exempt.

  • Written proof may be required.

  • The clinic has the final say on whether the exemption applies.

  • Non-urgent medical reasons are charged as usual.

Block Bookings (Therapy Blocks)

• Less than 7 days’ notice – 50% of the regular fee will be charged.

• Missed block – 100% of the regular fee will be charged.

• Late arrival – Your session will be shortened accordingly.

Grant-Funded Therapy

• Grants are non-repayable and usually valid for up to 12 months from the approval date.

• Any unused funds after this time may expire.

• It is the family’s responsibility to use the grant within the given timeframe.
