As always the safety of our patients is our top priority. Taking into account the feedback from you, we have been working hard to make sure that we can continue to provide the support and service that is required by our patients.

Please be aware that following the government's announcement of the third lockdown we will only be treating urgent and severe cases in person. We understand that each individual will have a preference for the support that they receive, so our physiotherapists will be in touch with you if you have an appointment booked to talk through all options. We will be restricting in person therapy sessions to protect our staff and clients but will also be running telephone consultations and online sessions.

Please note that you will not be allowed into the practice if you have been asked to self isolate because you have been in contact with someone with Covid-19. This also includes if you have been contacted by the Track and Trace App. We ask our patients and families to accept full responsibility for this and to make us aware as soon as possible.
